Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

  • Free standard delivery on orders of £25 or more.
  • Orders under £25: £3.85 standard delivery.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

USA Delivery

  • Most US orders are fulfilled from our US stock.
  • Shipping options are Standard ($8.20), Express ($10.71) or Priority ($19.23). The options available to you are shown at checkout.

Rest of the World

  • International delivery is a flat rate of £25.
  • Delivery times vary by country and are usually 5–15 working days after dispatch.
  • Customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices or shipping charges.

  • Delivery times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed, especially during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please email us at info@thenaturalandorganicfamily.com and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
